Dr. Christine H Lee MD, PhD, FRCPC is a clinical professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia, and an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria in Canada. She works as a researcher and medical microbiologist with Island Health in Victoria, British Columbia. Trained in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology at the University of Toronto, her clinical and research interests include fecal microbiota therapy for refractory and recurrent Clostridioides (Clostridium) difficile infection, severe irritable bowel syndrome, antimicrobial resistant organisms, and fostering appropriate laboratory stewardship and best practices.
